General information
Prices are per-person-per-day or a weekly flat rate, including indulgent full-board, plus local taxes:
- Summer: €3.50 per person per day (aged 16 and over)
- Winter: €3.50 per person per day (aged 16 and over).
People travelling alone are also very welcome – single room supplement depending on season. We also offer a 20% discount for singles travelling with a child under 18 years old, depending on the time of year. For your four-legged friend, we add a surcharge of €15.00 per day.
Payment
You have the option to pay your hotel bill either in cash or via bank transfer. If this is not possible for you, we also accept EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation
Holiday at last ... and yet it can happen that a cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We hope that you, dear guests, will also understand that we adhere to the conditions of Austrian hospitality legislation and take the liberty of stating the following: cancellations are only valid if they are made in writing.
Cancellation policy
More than 1 month before arrival free of charge, 1 month to 1 week before arrival 50%, within the last 7 days 90%. To avoid possible cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance www.europaeische.at (easy to complete online).
Outbound journey
On your arrival day, we will have your room ready by 2 p.m. at the latest, subject to previous guests’ departure; on your departure day, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Smokers/Non-smokers
To allow all our guests to enjoy a carefree stay, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel. We kindly ask for your understanding.
